Pathways to Creative Careers (P2CC) is an Erasmus+ partnership exploring how mentoring and collective action can support young people into creative and cultural careers.
Organisations from five European countries work together to develop and test new approaches, with results shared openly through resources and events.
Exploring how one-to-one and group mentoring can reduce barriers to creative careers.
Collaboration between five creative sector organisations in Sweden, Spain, North Macedonia, Italy and Croatia.
Developing a Creative Careers Pathways model and digital training needs diagnostic for youth educators.
Testing methods through a transnational lab, online workshops and a jointly developed P2CC Guide.
Five pilot projects producing case studies for an open-access toolkit.
Focusing on accessibility for young people from disadvantaged areas and supporting entry routes into Europe’s creative sectors.
Throughout the project, a series of tools and resources will take shape — including a methodological framework, a digital training needs diagnostic, a Creative Careers Pathways model and a Creative Mentoring Exchange. Together they will explore new ways of understanding mentoring, training and career pathways in the creative and cultural sectors, with ideas and materials emerging as the project develops.
